Is it possible to be SO pale that your skin rejects even tanning with self-tanner?
I think it is.
I first tried the Neutrogena Spray. FAIL.
Now I've been trying the Neutrogena Build-a-Tan. I'm halfway through the bottle and I'm think I MAY be seeing a little hint of tan (however, it could just be the lighting - yep, I think it's the lighting.)
UGH.
I don't even want to be dark. I just want to NOT be pasty white.

My body rejected the Jergens Natural glow--and the part that took it was amazingly ORANGE. I'm just going to be white...

I have never used self tanner. I just go to those spray on places where someone does it for you :)
Hi Sheena! I just came across a site that mentions "tea staining" as a sunless alternative. You brew tea strong and put it in a fine mist spray bottle...apply to clean dry skin post shower. Let it dry completely before dressing. I plan on trying....spray tans can get expensive! To boost color, you can add cocoa powder to your favorite lotion and apply after tea dries :) just wanted to share!!
